West Sedona is the part of town where the everyday business of Sedona happens. State Route 89A runs through it, lined with restaurants, grocery stores, galleries, lodging and professional offices, and residential streets branch off behind. Compared with the red-rock neighborhoods closer to the uptown core, this side of Sedona is more commercial and more working-week.
For a business, HVAC and plumbing are about uptime. A restaurant with a failed water heater cannot open, and a gallery with a failed rooftop unit loses its visitors by lunchtime. We schedule work around opening hours where we can, and tell you plainly when a repair is a stopgap and when it is time to replace the unit. Our maintenance visits keep rooftop units clean before the tourist season peaks.
Behind the strip, West Sedona neighborhoods have the same hard-water scale and summer cooling demand as the rest of Sedona. For the residential side of town, see Sedona, and for the communities south of it, Village of Oak Creek and Cornville.
