Rimrock is one of the communities inside Lake Montezuma, set along Beaver Creek not far from Montezuma Well. The land is open, with sun on most of the property through the afternoon, and homes here tend to be exposed to the sun’s full summer load. Western and southern walls take the worst of it, and the air conditioner works hardest between three and seven in the afternoon.
Open land also means dust, especially for homes on unpaved roads or next to open lots. Dust clogs filters, coats evaporator coils and shortens blower motor life. Changing filters more often than the label suggests and having the coil cleaned during the spring tune-up solves most of it, and our air filtration options can capture finer particles if the dust is a constant problem.
On the plumbing side, tell us whether you are on a water company or a private well when you call so we know what to test. For the surrounding area see Lake Montezuma, Camp Verde and Village of Oak Creek.
