Our Story
Trio Quality Service LLC originated in Verde Valley in May 2020 and is made up of Danny Chatter and Carol Baca. We believe that having a safe, quality, and clean air system is key. Every client is at the top of our priority list when it comes to their health, safety, and comfort of their home or property. With our service, we will educate customers on how important it is to have a clean HVAC system and have the best air quality. We will always offer a thorough inspection of their property. With our combined skills, we make a perfect team.
Our Team
Danny Chatter
Has expanded his knowledge to years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, pest control, and maintenance skills. The strongest asset of abilities he has developed would be in the plumbing/ HVAC field for 18 years. Pest control and general maintenance is a range that he has acquired in the last 11 years. As a supervisor, he obtains an Associates Degree in Business Management at Yavapai College. He has learned a great skill in people management within an organization and working with others.
Carol Baca
Has the drive to overcome challenges. In her field of management, she oversees her counselors in rental and homeownership programs at Yavapai/ Apache tribal housing dept. She can multi-task and making sure tenants comply with tax credit and state policies, procedures, collections, inspections, and much more. She is affiliated with other reps locally and statewide to network with. She currently has contact with others in the community, businesses, casinos/hotels. Her ability to communicate and confidence shows in her work. She also has years of certificates that pertain to her job. Carol's organization and professionalism will help the office and our business succeed.
